Quantum Leap
The African American Tobacco Control Leadership Council (AATCLC) provides training and leadership to build a cadre of national African Americans tobacco control leaders. Through the inaugural cohort, the goal is to build grassroots infrastructures to advocate and educate communities to help end the sale of menthol-flavored tobacco products and to fight for the future of African Americans that are targeted by Big Tobacco.
